Celebrating Skill and Dedication: Nonleak Team Honored at Provincial Competition
We are proud to announce that a team from Nonleak has achieved notable success at the 2024 Sichuan Province Stainless Steel Industry Characteristic Advantage County Workers’ Team Skills Competition. The competition, organized by the Sichuan Provincial Trade Union Council and co-hosted by trade unions from Leshan, Chengdu, Panzhihua, Deyang, and other regions, held its finals and award ceremony in Shawan District, Leshan City, on August 29, 2024.
Centered on the theme “Promoting the Craftsman Spirit, Skills Make Dreams Come True,” the competition focused on practical team skills, recognizing that consistent and high product quality is built upon a foundation of continuously honed and advanced employee expertise. It successfully highlighted the distinctive strengths of the stainless steel industry across the province and fostered an enthusiastic atmosphere for skill development and teamwork.
In accordance with the competition rules, Nonleak actively organized internal participation. We conducted comprehensive internal theoretical and practical contests among several teams. Following this rigorous internal selection process, our top-performing team, led by Zhang Zhijian, was chosen to represent Nonleak at the provincial finals.
We are delighted to share that Team Zhang Zhijian performed excellently and was awarded the Third Prize in the Product Template Making (Team Category). This achievement is a testament to their hard work, skill, and the effective on-the-job training culture we foster at Nonleak.
