The Only Stainless Steel System with a Scientifically Certified 70-Year Service Life.
- 70-Year Certified Service Life
- Zero Maintenance, Zero Leakage
- Superior Pull-Out & Burst Strength
- Fast, Clean & Simple Installation
A Revolutionary Dual-Sealing Technology
Our patented Threaded Press-Fit Adhesive connection (Patent No.: 201320821792.X) represents a fundamental leap in piping technology. It ingeniously combines a mechanical press-fit with a chemical bond, eliminating reliance on rubber O-rings and their inherent limitations.
How It Works?
During installation, the adhesive is applied to the threaded area. As the fitting is pressed onto the pipe, the threads create a labyrinth of sealed chambers where the anaerobic adhesive cures in the absence of air, forming multiple, impervious barriers against leakage.
Applications
Ideal for: City Gas Distribution, Building Water Supply, Industrial Fluid Transport, Fire Protection Systems, and Sanitary Applications in food, pharmaceutical, and electronics industries.

Engineered for Unmatched Performance
Our patented Threaded Press-Fit Adhesive connection (Patent No.: 201320821792.X) represents a fundamental leap in piping technology. It ingeniously combines a mechanical press-fit with a chemical bond, eliminating reliance on rubber O-rings and their inherent limitations.
Leak-Proof & Secure
Four sealing barriers ensure absolute containment. The anaerobic adhesive forms a permanent, solid polymer seal that is immune to aging and thermal cycling.
Extreme Strength
Pull-Out Strength: 23.35KN (7.3x higher than standard press-fit)
Burst Pressure: 31.0MPa (5x higher than national standard)
Lightning Strike Test: 0.0024Ω (exceeds national standard)
Fast & Clean Installation
A complete connection in just 15 seconds. No electricity, no welding fumes, no cutting fluids. This means a cleaner job site and significantly faster project completion.
Lifetime Economy
The elimination of rubber O-rings removes the primary cause of long-term failure and maintenance in traditional systems. This “install and forget” philosophy offers the lowest lifetime cost of ownership.
Certified Health & Safety
The anaerobic adhesive is certified by CFIA and Chinese national standards for drinking water and food-grade applications. It prevents the “blue water” of copper and the “plasticizer leaching” of plastics.
Not a Promise, A Scientifically Proven Fact
Certification Basis
Our 70-year service life claim is not an estimate; it is a conservative conclusion derived from rigorous accelerated aging tests conducted by the Chemical Industry Synthetic Materials Aging Quality Supervision Center.
Test Methods
Based on the Arrhenius model (GB/T 20028-2005), samples were subjected to thousands of hours of testing at high temperatures (150°C, 120°C, 100°C) and extreme cold (-55°C).
Key Conclusions
The test concluded that even after the shear strength degraded past 50%, the pipeline system remained completely leak-proof, validating the incredible redundancy and reliability of the seal.
The Heart of the System: Anaerobic Adhesive
This single-component adhesive remains liquid in the presence of air but rapidly hardens into a tough, cross-linked polymer when confined between the metal threads, creating a perfect seal and mechanical lock.
Key Features
Temperature Range: -60°C to 150°C
Curing Time: 4-8 hours at 23°C+; 8-16 hours between 0-23°C.
Safety: Certified for potable water systems.
Important Note
- The specified brand of adhesive must be used.
- Pressure testing is strictly prohibited before the anaerobic adhesive has fully cured.
Simple Installation for Perfect Results
Threaded Press-Fit Adhesive Pipeline Connection – Installation Procedure
Step 1: Measure and Cut the Pipe
Use a tube cutter dedicated to stainless steel to cut the pipe to the required length.
Ensure the cut is perfectly square (90 degrees) to the pipe’s axis.
Step 2: Clean and Apply Adhesive
Thoroughly clean the socket of the fitting and the end of the steel pipe. The presence of water, oil, or other contaminants is strictly prohibited.
Evenly apply the anaerobic adhesive to the inner ring of the fitting’s socket OR to the end of the steel pipe.
Step 3: Insert the Steel Pipe
Insert the pipe all the way into the socket until it reaches the bottom.
Rotate the pipe or fitting a full turn (360 degrees) to ensure even distribution of the adhesive.
Step 4: Press the Connection
Place the socket of the fitting into the pressing dies of the press tool.
Apply pressure to execute the press connection.
Note: The Threaded Press-Fit Adhesive connection does not require a hex gauge inspection.
