Stainless Steel Pipes

The Essential Conduit for Water, Gas & Industrial Systems

Engineered for Performance and Longevity

Nonleak stainless steel pipes serve as the fundamental component in modern fluid transport systems. Manufactured to the highest standards, our pipes offer exceptional corrosion resistance, structural integrity, and compatibility with all major connection technologies. Whether for potable water, industrial processing, or gas distribution, our comprehensive size range and material selection ensure the perfect solution for your project requirements.

Advanced Connection Methodologies

Socket Weld

  • Product Range: DN15 – DN200

  • Technical Description:

    • Connection Structure: The pipe is inserted into the fitting socket and joined through a circumferential TIG weld at the fitting’s end, creating a molecular-level bond between the materials to achieve both sealing and connection. This is a joint-free method.

    • Technical Features: Nonleak fittings feature a unique socket design with a straight section and a gradual transition slope. This slope, formed at an obtuse angle with a specific curvature, helps avoid stress concentration caused by thermal expansion post-welding, thereby preventing cracks in the welded socket.

Grooved Connections

  • Product Range: DN125 – DN300

  • Technical Description:

    • Connection Structure: A specialized grooving machine is used to create a circumferential groove on the pipe end. During installation, a rubber sealing ring is placed over the pipe end, and a split coupling housing is fastened to achieve both fastening and sealing.

    • Technical Features: Manufactured according to the CJ/T 152-2010 standard, Nonleak grooved systems offer fast, simple, safe, reliable, and economical installation. They are easy to maintain, not restricted by installation site, and provide controllable costs. Ideal for large-diameter piping in water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC projects.

Butt Weld

  • Product Range: DN125 – DN300

  • Technical Description:

    • Connection Structure: The pipe and fitting ends are bevelled and aligned face-to-face. A circumferential TIG weld is then applied around the entire joint, fusing the components at a molecular level to create a sealed, connected, and joint-free system.

    • Technical Features: This method creates a fully integrated pipeline capable of withstanding very high pressures. The connection strength is extremely high, and the seamless nature of the joint minimizes potential leak points, virtually eliminating maintenance and ensuring a service life that matches the building itself.
