Why Choose the Double Press System?
Health & Environmental Excellence
Stainless steel is the only piping material approved for human implantation, ensuring 100% water purity with no secondary pollution. It is also 100% recyclable, making it the most responsible choice for both human health and the planet.
Built-In Safety & Durability
The flexible design of the double press connection provides exceptional resistance to external impact, water hammer, ground settlement, and seismic activity. Combined with the inherent corrosion resistance of 304/316L stainless steel, it guarantees a long-lasting and safe pipeline.
Unmatched Installation Efficiency
Installation is incredibly fast and simple. A single press operation completes a secure joint in seconds, reducing labor time by up to 80% compared to welding. This hydraulic tooling process is clean, requires no electricity at the joint, and is easy for technicians to master.
Superior Thermal Insulation
Stainless steel's low thermal conductivity (24x lower than copper) means hot water stays hot longer during transport. This results in significant energy savings and improved efficiency in hot water systems.

Simplicity Itself: Install in 4 Steps
Double Press Pipeline Connection – Installation Procedure
Step 1: Measure and Cut the Pipe
Measure and mark the required pipe length
Cut using either an electric toothed saw or a manual pipe cutter
Ensure a clean, square cut
Step 2: Inspect the O-ring
Check that the sealing ring is properly positioned
Verify it sits correctly in the groove without twists or gaps
Step 3: Insert the Pipe
Insert the pipe into the fitting socket until it reaches the marked line
Maintain insertion depth tolerance within 3mm
Take care not to damage the internal O-ring during insertion
Step 4: Perform the Press Operation
Use professional pressing tools calibrated for double press fittings
Position the tool correctly over the pressing zones
Execute the press operation until complete
