Stainless steel pipe clamps provide secure mounting, spacing and support for pipes in building water supply, HVAC, mechanical and industrial piping installations.
This integrated product range includes threaded-rod hanger clamps, threaded standoff clamps, single-pipe mounting clamps and multi-pipe clamp brackets. Different configurations are available according to pipe diameter, mounting position and the number of parallel pipes.
These products are part of the Nonleak Pipeline Accessories range and can be used to support compatible stainless steel pipes.
Stainless Steel Pipe Clamps for Piping Installation
The correct clamp type depends on how the pipe must be installed. Suspended pipework may require a threaded-rod hanger clamp, while wall-mounted or structure-mounted installations may use a standoff, single-pipe or multi-pipe bracket.
The clamp size should match the actual pipe outside diameter rather than being selected only by the general product name.
Product Types at a Glance
The following four product types cover individual pipe support, suspended mounting, extended mounting and organized multi-pipe installation.
Threaded-Rod Pipe Hanger Clamp
The threaded-rod pipe hanger clamp uses a circular clamp body and an extended mounting rod. It is suitable for supporting pipework from ceilings, structural members or other approved mounting points.
The clamp body surrounds the pipe, while the rod provides the connection between the clamp and the supporting structure.
- Model Range: G15 to G50
- Pipe Range: DN15 to DN50
- Installation: Suspended or structure-mounted pipe support
- Selection: Confirm the pipe diameter, rod length and mounting connection before ordering
Threaded-Rod Pipe Hanger Clamp Specifications
| Model | Nominal Diameter | Dimensions (mm) | NPS |
|---|---|---|---|
| G15 | DN15 | 16 | 1/2″ |
| G20 | DN20 | 20 | 3/4″ |
| G25 | DN25 | 25.4 | 1″ |
| G32 | DN32 | 32 | 1-1/4″ |
| G40 | DN40 | 40 | 1-1/2″ |
| G50 | DN50 | 50.8 | 2″ |
Threaded Standoff Pipe Clamp
The threaded standoff pipe clamp combines a pipe-gripping clamp with an extended support body and threaded mounting end. It creates separation between the pipe and the mounting surface or structure.
This configuration supports a wider pipe size range and may be selected where additional installation clearance is required.
- Model Range: K15 to K100
- Nominal Range: DN15 to DN100
- Mounting: Extended threaded support connection(Thread sizes include M8/M10)
- Important: Confirm the actual mounting thread and support length before ordering

Single-Pipe Mounting Clamp
The single-pipe mounting clamp supports one DN15 pipe and includes an extended mounting bracket. Two bracket lengths are available for different wall clearances and installation layouts.
- Supported Size: DN15 / 16 mm / 1/2 inch
- Bracket Lengths: 45 mm and 75 mm
- Application: Individual pipe mounting on walls or structural surfaces
Single-Pipe Mounting Clamp Specifications
| Product Type | Bracket Length (mm) | Nominal Diameter | Pipe Dimension (mm) | NPS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single-Pipe Mounting Clamp | 45 | DN15 | 16 | 1/2″ |
| Single-Pipe Mounting Clamp | 75 | DN15 | 16 | 1/2″ |
Multi-Pipe Clamp Bracket
The multi-pipe clamp bracket organizes several parallel pipelines on one mounting base. Versions with one to six pipe positions support both DN15 and DN20 pipes, while the seven-position version supports DN15.
- Available Positions: One to seven
- One to Six Positions: DN15 and DN20
- Seven Positions: DN15 only
- Application: Parallel pipe routing and organized mechanical installations

How to Select the Right Clamp Type
| Installation Requirement | Recommended Clamp Type |
|---|---|
| Suspended or structural pipe support | Threaded-rod pipe hanger clamp |
| Pipe installed away from a mounting surface | Threaded standoff pipe clamp |
| One DN15 pipe mounted to a wall or surface | Single-pipe mounting clamp |
| Several parallel DN15 or DN20 pipes | Multi-pipe clamp bracket |
Before selection, confirm the pipe outside diameter, mounting surface, installation clearance, number of pipes and required support arrangement.
Materials and Installation Requirements
The actual stainless steel grade, fasteners, mounting thread and bracket dimensions should be confirmed according to the product specification and installation environment.
Mounting points must be suitable for the expected pipe weight and project conditions. The clamps should secure the pipe without causing unnecessary deformation or damage to the pipe surface.
Installation and system reference information is available through Nonleak Technical Documentation.
